Very rude and arrogant dealings with customers. When we asked politely whether a mask was needed or not, we were asked to put it on (Oton, he has had enough, everyone knows it for 3 days), but neither of them had worn one himself. The question came up because we were shopping 2 places beforehand and there is only this obligation from Monday. We should still work on dealing with customers. I understand the problem but you can expect a more polite manner.

Ice cream parlor is too expensive and the owner is rude to me or just a faker! Better ice cream at Edeka or ice cream parlor Bruckmühl!

The ice is good. Unfortunately the opening times are not ideal for the summer.

Bad customer service. True with my 2 small children there. Had € 2.40 and asked if I can divide a ball on 2 waffles. The answer is true no that is not possible ? So I'm with my children to Edeka. Apparently, the ice cream parlor at 7 degrees has no interest in sales and it needed. Could not of course test the ice, unfortunately only the non-customer-oriented service.

Nice to sit outside in summer with an ice cream of your choice and a cappuccino to enjoy the weather. Very well attended.

There is enough seating here. A small disadvantage, however, is the noise from the very busy main road right next to it. The ice cream is definitely delicious. There are 2-3 parking spaces in front of the ice cream parlor.
